Healthy Lifestyle check for carers 65+

We are delighted to offer a new service from the
Don’t Tone Alone – a carer-focused physical
activities and lifestyle organisation which is
aimed to help carers aged 65+ maintain and
develop their own health.

During the introductory session, you will receive
a healthy lifestyle check with a qualified personal
trainer, who can also advise on managing your
caring duties. Personalised 1-1 training at a
venue of your choice to go over your own personal
health plan that fits in with your caring role.
